DIGITAL WELLBEING & PARENTAL CONTROLS
Open Settings and tap Digital Wellbeing & parental controls to improve your
digital wellbeing and balance your child's screen time.
• Tap Show your data to get information on how you spend time on your
phone and apps.
- Dashboard: Check the screen time, number of notifications, and opened
times of each app. You can set daily timers for the most-used apps to
prevent overindulgence (see
Settings – Apps & Notifications – Screen
Time
.)
- Focus mode: Select distracting apps and turn on focus mode to pause
them when you need time to focus.
- REDUCE INTERRUPTIONS: Manage app notifications and Do Not
Disturb settings to reduce interruptions from your important tasks.
- Show icon in the app list: Display or hide the Digital Wellbeing app in
the app list.

In the Parental controls section, tap Set up parental controls to add content
restrictions and set other limits for your child with the Family Link app.
GOOGLE
Open Settings and tap Google to manage settings for your Google account
and Google services.
SETTINGS
DURASPEED
Open Settings and tap DuraSpeed to help boost the foreground app by
restricting background apps.
You can turn on or off this feature by tapping the switch at the top. When using
this feature, tap the switches next to the listed apps in this menu to allow them
in the background.
NOTE: Notifications from restricted apps may be postponed or not received.
SYSTEM
Languages & Input
Open Settings and tap System > Languages & input to configure options
related to system language, input methods, speech input and output as well
as mouse/trackpad input.
• Languages: Select a language for your system (see
Personalizing –
Changing the System Language
).
• On-screen keyboard: Configure on-screen keyboard input methods and
Google voice typing.
• Physical keyboard: Configure assistive options for physical keyboards
connected to your phone.
• Spell checker: Use Google Spell Checker to check for spelling errors when
entering text and change its settings.

Autofill service: Enable or disable autofill service and choose the service
provider. To use Google Autofill, you need to sign in to your Google
account.
