Servicing Procedure:
Replacing the Main Fuse
The instruction below demonstrates how to replace the cabinet’s main fuse.
Suitably qualified electrical personnel should only carry out this procedure.
Schedule of servicing:
As and when needed.
Safety requirement:
Ensure that the cabinet’s power cord is unplugged from the power source
before attempting to remove and replace the main fuse.
Servicing Procedure:
1. Ensure the safety requirements are in place.
2. Locate the POWER CONTROL AND HI-LIMIT PANEL (cabinet right hand
side). Locate the fuse.
WARNING: Ensure the cabinet is unplugged from the main supply!
3. With a small screwdriver, gently pry the fuse holder from the fitting.
Replace with a 5 AMP fuse ONLY.
4. Replace in the reverse order.
5. Perform the entire necessary electrical safety test prior turning the power
of the cabinet on.
