Servicing Procedure:
Replacing the ZP22DSP Display PCB
The instruction below demonstrates how to replace the ZP22DSP display
board. Suitably qualified electrical personnel should only carry out this
procedure.
Schedule of servicing:
As and when needed.
Safety requirement:
Ensure that the cabinet’s power cord is unplugged from the power source
before attempting to remove and replace the ZP22DSP display board.
Servicing Procedure:
1. On the main cabinet
door, unscrew the 2
mounting screws to
remove the display
panel cover.
WARNING: Ensure
the cabinet is
unplugged from the
main supply!
2. Below is the typical display board layout. Take note of the wiring
connections.
