19.2. USING THE “ ECO MODE “ :
The economy mode automatically manages a temperature of 60 ° C in the boiler and the filling of
the boiler. This mode is usually used at night to save electricity. In this mode, you can not make
coffee products.
To enable the activation of the Eco mode, proceed as follows:
a) Keep pressing the keys "P5 Gr1" + "P3 Gr1" for a few seconds.
b) All LEDs switch off to indicate the switch to Economic mode and LED “L1 Gr1"starts to flash
very slowly (0.2sec on / 2.8sec off).
To return to normal operation, proceed as follows:
a) Press the button "P3 Gr1".
b) All the LEDs light up to indicate the return to normal operation.
c) The machine will heat to reach the programmed temperature.
19.3. USING THE “AUTOMATIC CLEANING OF THE COFFEE GROUPS”:
This mode will automatically initiate a cleaning cycle on each group independently.
To start the process of cleaning the coffee group No. 1, do the following:
_ Press the "P5 Gr1 +" P1 Gr1 "during a short time.The cleaning cycle starts automatically.
_When the cycle is complete, the LEDs "L5 Gr1 +" L1 Gr1 "stop blinking.
The procedure is similar for other coffee groups:
_ Press the "P5 Gr2" + "P1 Gr2" for a short time to start the automatic cleaning cycle on the group 2.
_ Press the "P5 Gr3" + "P1 Gr3" for a short time to start the automatic cleaning cycle on the group 3.
Cycles can be interrupted by pressing any key on the group
19.4. DESCRIPTION OF ALARMS:
These alarms occur when there is a defect on the machine, they are indicated differently
depending on the nature of the defect.
19.4.1. Alarm Time Out 1st filling:
If the electronic does not receive information from the SN level probe for more than 360 seconds
(at the 1st filling), the LED "L2" & "L3" of all groups will flash to indicate failure.
19.4.2. Alarm flowmeter :
If, during the distribution of coffee, the mother board does not receive pulses from a flowmeter for
more than 4 seconds, all LEDs of the concerned group start flashing to indicate failure. After 45
seconds, the machine automatically stops the solenoid valve of the concerned coffee group and
the pump also.
19.4.3. Alarm temperature sensor disconnected:
If the mother board does not receive information from the temperature sensor for more than 3
seconds, the electronics automatically cut off the solid state relay and leds “L1”& "L4" from all
groups will flash to indicate default.
19.4.4. Over temperature alarm:
If the electronics detects a temperature > 140 °C f or more than 5 seconds in the boiler, the LEDs
“L3” of all groups will flash at the same time and the management of the heating is stopped
automatically. The alarm is removed when the temperature drops below 125 ° C.
