For example, Relay 0 can be programmed to alarm if the flow rate is below
a certain value, while Relay 1 can be programmed to alarm if the power
consumption exceeds a preset value.
In the alarm condition the relays are closed, and are open in the non-
alarm condition or when the instrument is unpowered.
