• Measure the connected gas flow
pressure. This must agree with the
details on the rating plate. If pressure is
too high, install a pressure regulator.
• Attention: If the measured gas flow
pressure deviates from the values in
the table, the gas supplier must be
informed:
If the connected gas flow pressure is
outside the permitted range, the
appliance must not be operated. The gas
supply to the appliance will have to be
sealed.
• Attention! In order to ensure that the
appliance's factory setting is compatible
with the on-site connection conditions, an
exhaust gas analysis must be performed
after the first operation of the steam and
convection burners (CO, CO2). The
relevant values must be documented in
the unit.

Natural gas 8.6 – 9.6 %
Liquid Propane 10.0 – 11.0 %
Liquid Butane gas! 11.7 – 12.7 %
• For values of undiluted CO > 1000 ppm
the burner setting and the appliance
must be checked and, if necessary,
adjusted by a trained service
specialist. The appliance may only be
operated for maintenance and adjustment
purposes. Ensure adequate ventilation of
the workplace!
