Air Filter
* Check & change if needed
* 2”x20”x25” pleated (50x500x625mm)
* MERV 8 or better air filter
* Check operation of surfactant pump
* Add soap if needed (Dawn dish soap)
* Check for debris or damage
* Gently clean any external mineral deposits
with a nylon brush and vinegar (do not insert
anything inside the HMX), then rinse with water
* If damaged contact Coolerado
* Check valve for water leaks
* Check tubing and header assembly for leaks
6 Month PM Checklist
Please initial & date upon completion of each checked item.
Component Every 6 Months Every 6 Months
* Reference Pressure Table 2; operating range
for dynamic water pressure outside the unit is
25 to 80 psi (172 to 550 kPa)
* Inside the unit, header pressure should be
taken between the solenoid valve and header
(water distribution manifold)
* Units should be within 1/16” per foot
(5.2mm/m) front-to-back and side-to-side
* Check fan blades for debris, wear, or
corrosion
* Inspect for any airflow restrictions
Check Water Supply & Drain Piping
* Check water and drain systems for leaks
Water Filter
* Check and change if needed
