The maintenance requirements set out in this chart are simple and necessary for a good maintenance of your vehicle.
A: ADJUST / C: CHECK / L: LUBRICATE / R: REPLACE

Check and refill coolant
Check and clean radiator fins
Check and adjust cooling belt
Drain, clean and refill system with new coolant
Adjust intake/exhaust valve settings
Secure intake/exhaust valves (if necessary)
Check indicators
Check battery
Check engine oil level
Replace engine oil
Replace engine oil filter
Inspect, clean and check fuel injectors (if necessary)
Inspect the crankcase breather system
Check and fill the fuel tank
Drain the fuel tank
Drain fuel filter water separator
Check fuel filter water separator
Clean fuel filter water separator (2)
Replace fuel filter
Replace fuel system and cooling sleeves
Clean or replace air filter element (1) (2)
