for 1 minute.

It is turned on when detecting overflow
for 20 seconds and turned off when the
overflow is cancelled (normal operation).
1) Compensation for power cut-off:
When the power is turned off and then on again during normal operation, the previous setting is
maintained. Whe the power is connected for the first time, basically all functions are set OFF.
After checking the stored values on the EEPROM, input and output are set.
