Vend to check Gate operation. Check for bent
pins. Use small amount of WD-40 on pins and
recheck. Replace Gate as needed.
Clean, lubricate, check for flash,
replace Slide Assy.
Gate sticking.
Dirty / Worn
Tray Slide Assy.
Check Harness connections at VMC, Cup
Board, Port Board, X & Y Motor Boards, & X &
Y Motors.
Use Position Test to check Plunger arm,
replace Cup Assy. as necessary.
Cabinet
Control Board
Status Lights.
Check Cup Board, Port Board, X & Y Motor
Boards Green status lights are blinking. If only
one is On or Off, replace the Off Cabinet
Control Boards.
Replace Harness.
