Installation
Assemble Z-axis Profiles
• Ensure that the Z-axis profile is perpendicular to the machine base profile and
align it flush with both the left and right sides of the base profile. Tighten the four
M5×45 screws from the bottom upwards.
Install Screen and Power Supply Components
• Position the power supply behind the right profile of the Z-axis, initially securing
it with two pre-locked M4×20 screws aligned with the corresponding holes.
Proceed to tighten the screws to firmly secure the power supply.
• Attach the display fixing plate to the base assembly using two M5×8 screws.
Install Z-axis Motor Component and T-type Screw Rod
• Insert the T-rod onto the Z-axis motor assembly and tighten it to secure.
• Lock the Z-axis motor assembly to the profile using two M4×18 screws.
Install the Extrusion Kit
• Secure the extrusion kit to the left end of the X-axis profile using two M4×16
screws.
Install the X-axis Timing Belt
• Thread the X-axis timing belt through the XE-axis assembly.
Install the Nozzle Kit
• Slide the nozzle kit into the X-axis profile.
Note: Snap the V-wheels into the V-slot of the X-axis profile. Pre-tighten the screws.
Install Z-axis Passive Block
• Secure the Z-axis passive block to the right end of the X-axis profile using two
M4×16 screws.
