Viewing Status Information
General information, such as model name, serial number, and firmware version of a
switcher, can be viewed. The current network settings, such as hostname and IP address,
can also be viewed.
To view status information, do the following: In the navigation bar, click
STATUS
.
The Status page opens.

The Status page opens after logging in to a switcher.
Sample Status Page
The Status page displays the following information about a switcher:
• General information, which consists of the following:
o Model (HD-MD6x2-4K-E, HD-MD4x2-4K-E, or HD-MD4x2-4K-E)
o Serial Number
o Firmware Version
• Network-related information, which consists of the following:
o Hostname
NOTE:
In the sample Status page shown on the previous page for the
HD-MD6X2-4K-E, the default hostname is
HDMD6X2-6200F1
, where
6200F1
consists of the last six digits of the MAC address of the
HD-MD6X2-4K-E.
o IP Address
o Subnet Mask
o Default Gateway
o MAC Address
