LAYOUT OPTIONS
ADDING A LAYOUT
§
Click on the Add button in the Edit Layout section.
§
Enter a name for the layout (required).
§
Select parameters and enter values as required to determine the appearance of the
printed page.
§
Click Test to print a sample using your settings.
§
Click OK to add the layout to the Edit Page Layout List.
ADDING A LAYOUT FROM AN EXISTING ONE
§
In the Page Layout column, select a layout.
§
Click on the Copy button in the Edit Layout section
§
A copy of the selected layout will open.
§
Change the layout name, edit parameters, and click OK.
§
The new layout will be added to the layout list.
MODIFYING AN EXISTING PAGE LAYOUT
§
In the Page Layout column, select a layout.
§
Click on the Edit button in the Edit Layout section.
§
In the Page Layout dialog edit parameters and click OK.
DELETING A LAYOUT
§
In the Page Layout column, select a layout.
§
Click on the Delete button.
