Installation Procedure - Part 1

Step 1: Prepare Taillights

Remove taillights, inspect and clean connectors.

Step 2: Trim Bumper Fascia

Trim plastic on bumper fascia if needed for connector passage.

Step 3: Connect Harness (Driver Side)

Connect RV harness connectors to vehicle harness connectors.

Step 4: Ground Wire Installation

Locate and secure a suitable grounding point for the white ground wire.

Step 5: Route Harness (Passenger Side)

Route green wires down taillight opening and use fishwire for passenger side.

Installation Procedure - Part 2

Step 6: Route 4-Flat Harness (Wheel Well)

Route 4-flat harness down taillight opening and through wheel well using fishwire.

Step 7: Secure 4-Flat Harness (Plastic Guard)

Secure 4-flat harness to plastic guard using a cable tie pad.

Step 8: Route 4-Flat Harness (Front)

Continue routing 4-flat harness to the front of the vehicle under plastic guard.

Step 9: Route 4-Flat Harness (Engine Compartment)

Route 4-flat harness from engine compartment through wheel well area.

Installation Procedure - Part 3

Step 10: Mount 4-Flat Bracket

Mount the 4-flat bracket near the window wash fill lid and secure the 4-flat.

Step 11: Secure Wiring and Reassembly

Secure excess wire, reinstall components, and reconnect battery terminal.
