Serial Configuration via Protocol Buffers
The serial ports are configured in a similar way to how BIT is statused. To configure or query the serial
configuration, send a “Message” with the “has_serial_config” field asserted, and the
“serial_config.do_config” set dependent on whether a read or write operation is desired. Encode the
message as described above. The protocol definition and example code is available in the embedded zip
above.
