Displays and Indicators
The truSculpt uses the following indicators and controls to ensure safe and accurate operation:
Real-time temperature: displays real-time temperature feedback of
the skin, measured in degrees Celsius.
Pulse duration timer: counts down the pulse duration, in minutes
and seconds. The timer starts with the pulse duration value selected
in the Pulse Duration field. The reset button resets the timer to the
selected pulse duration value.
Total “RF on” timer: counts down the total “RF on” time for the
current treatment, in minutes and seconds. The timer starts at the
maximum “RF on” time of 64 minutes. When the timer reaches
fifteen minutes, the numbers display in orange to alert you that only
fifteen minutes of “RF on” time remain.
Total delivered energy counter: displays the total energy delivered
for the current treatment, in kJ.
Pulse counter: displays the number of pulses delivered for the
current treatment. The reset button resets the pulse counter and
total delivered energy to zero on the RF Handpiece Control screen
and resets all treatment summary values to zero on the Information
& Adjustment screen.
Treatment indicator: illuminates when the system is in READY
mode and the RF handpiece on/off button is pressed. It displays
throughout RF energy delivery.
NOTE
In addition to the treatment indicator, the RF handpiece
on/off button illuminates blue during RF energy delivery.
