Troubleshooting Guide
If your system fails to operate properly, this troubleshooting guide will help you to locate and correct any
problems. Before proceeding with the troubleshooting section, check the following:
1. Electrical power source: Verify that the electrical disconnect switch (the circuit breaker) is
turned on (in the UP position).
2. System console electrical: Verify that the system is on and properly connected to an
electrical service outlet.
Electronic Fault Detection Circuitry
If the console electronic system detects a fault condition, the system is automatically placed in
STANDBY, the high voltage power supply and the RF handpiece on/off button are disabled, and
treatment energy cannot be delivered. READY mode and treatment energy are not available until the
fault condition is cleared. Refer to the Possible Problems and Solutions section on the following page for
information on clearing the fault condition.
