Possible Problems and Solutions
Low or no energy output (patient reports no sensation).
“Water Low” pop-up screen and corresponding error code displays on
the touchscreen.
Probable Cause The RF handpiece is damaged.
Suggestion Contact Cutera for handpiece replacement.
Probable Cause Incorrect settings or treatment technique.
Suggestion Refer to the truSculpt Treatment Guidelines.
Probable Cause The system is low on water.
Suggestion Add water, as instructed in the Introduction chapter of this
manual.
