What to do if Cutera ExcelV system fails to operate properly?

If your Cutera Medical Equipment system isn't operating, first ensure the electrical disconnect switch (circuit breaker) is on (in the UP position). Also, check that the system is properly connected to an electrical service outlet. Verify that the remote interlock plug is correctly inserted into the interlock receptacle and confirm that the treatment room door is closed.
