Inspecting and Cleaning the Handpiece
Inspect and clean the handpiece as described in the following sections. In addition to the external
surfaces of the handpiece, the following optical surfaces need to be maintained:
• CoolView handpiece: recessed lens and patient contact and proximal surfaces of cooling
window
• Genesis V handpiece: recessed lenses
