Program Overview
The Strength program is designed with the specific goal of taxing the anaerobic energy system and
encouraging maximal power development. This program uses a 1:3 (work:rest) ratio using 15 second
intervals. The work period displays a high workload goal during work segments to encourage the user
to work maximally while the rest periods show very low workloads to encourage recuperation.
