Warm Up and Cool Down
Most fi xed programs start with a two minute warm-up period and two minute cool-down period. If
transitioned into from another program or from Manual mode, the warm-up period is skipped and the core
of the new program is used. Cool-down can also be activated by pressing the COOL DOWN button at
anytime. See Figure 1.
