WHEEL DISASSEMBLE
●Do not mainpulate brake lever after
you remove wheel as it will make
wheel assembling difficult
[FRONT WHEEL]
①Put vehicle in upright position on the
main stand on level ground and let
front wheel lifted in the air
②Loosen oval head screw and remove
speedmeter cable
③Loosen axle nut and separate wheel axle
and wheel.
[FRONT WHEEL]
●Assemble in the opposite order of
disassembling.
●Prior to assembling, match the depres-
sed part()of the speedometer gear-
box with the projected part of the left
front fork.
[FRONT AXLE NUT TORQUE 6.0KG-M]
●After assembling, operate brake for
a number of times and see if wheel is
turning smoothly without getting
interruption.
