Coee preparation:
Remove the lter holder and take care
not to touch hot metal parts!
• Clean the lter from coee remains.
Fill the lter holder with freshly ground
coee (1 coee dose for single lter 2
coee doses for double lter). Tamp the
coee rmly with the special tamper and
clean thelter ring in order to remove any
coee remains and insert the lter holder
into the group.
Insert the lter holder tightly until it locks
and press the requested automatic dose
coee switch P1-P2-P4-P5.
WARNING:
Avoid placing your hands under the
groups when the unit is operating. Do
not touch metal parts of the brewing
groups or lter holders because they
can cause burning.
Put milk in a pitcher. Place steam wand
4 into the pitcher and open steam tap
5. When the right milk temperature is
reached, turn o steam tap 5.
First of all, clean the steam wand with a
damp cloth in order to remove all milk
deposits, then let some steam onto the
drip tray to clear the steam wand inner
part of milk residuals use a damp cloth
to protect you from possible spurts.
WARNING:
To handle the stem wand, use the
hook on the steam wand itself.

NOTE: Filter holders 9 shall always
be inserted in the group heads in
order to be maintained at the right
temperature. This allows to obtain a
constant, high-quality coffee.
