CLEANING BODY PARTS
Clean with non-dripping, damp cloth. Avoid
using abrasive detergents or sponges.
CLEANING PARTS IN CONTACT WITH
COFFEE
Every evening or before turning o the
machine, remove lter holders from
brewing units and the lters from lter
holders 9. Clean all parts with the
brush (current machine accessory)
and proper detergent in order to avoid
encrusting on external and internal
surfaces. Remove and properly clean
the drip tray 3 and the cup grill.
DAILY CLEANING:
CLEANING GROUP HEADS
The machine is equipped with an
automatic group-cleaning cycle. To
start the cycle o f each group, follow the
instructions below:
• Remove the lter holder from the
group to be cleaned, then remove
its lter and replace it with the blind
lter (current machine accessory).
• Put one cleaning tablet (current machine
accessory) in the blind lter, ll the lter
with water and put the lter holder back
in place on the machine.
• Press the WASH button (PD1) for 5
seconds – use buttons (PD1) and (PD2)
to select the group to be cleaned (the
