In some cases, environmental conditions
can create cold air ows around the
coee machine that may aect and
divert the normal hot air ow from the
boiler into the cup. This results in failing
to obtain the correct cup temperature.
If the cup is not suitably heated, there
will be an immediate drop of 25-35°C
in coee temperature.
The cup warmer of this machine is
electrical and can therefore be turned
on and o by pressing the P7 button.
The cup holder is heated on its rear part
only.
The status of the cup warmer is shown
on the display (upside-down cup
symbol).

The MCS (Milk Control System) is an
automatic milk steamer.
Thanks to the MCS, a quantity of milk
is heated at a set temperature and the
foam that is obtained can be compared
to that obtained by the best baristas.
To use the MCS, you have to put cold
milk into a pitcher. Place the MCS
pipe into the milk and press the P9
button. As soon as the milk reaches
the set temperature, the MCS will stop
automatically and the milk will be ready
for use.
WARNING:
Do not use the MCS if the MCS pipe is
oriented upwards or towards you.

NOTE: for proper functioning of the MCS,
its pipe and terminal have to be cleaned
properly after use. Remove the terminal
from the pipe, clean it and reassemble
it at least 2 times a day (depending on
frequency of use).
