14) Here are examples of bad installations.
Warning:
If any of the following jaw conditions are found,
turn off the WheelChair Mover and tag the
machine "DO NOT USE".
Remove the service maintenance key.
Immediately report the malfunction to the
appropriate supervisor as well as Dane
Technologies.
Do not use the WheelChair Mover until a qualified
facility maintenance technician or a Dane
Technologies authorized service technician has
repaired it.
Jaw bent down.
Jaw bent out.
