Press the TIME ON key again, the minute digit stops flashing and the hour digit starts.
Press the UP or DOWN key to adjust the hour setting.

ON
Press the TIME ON key again to confirm, or wait 10 seconds.
TIME
OFF
Press the TIME OFF key, the minute digit on the display starts flashing slowly.
Press the UP or DOWN key to adjust the minute setting.
