Malfunction Cause Resolution
The outlet water is cold. The display is
dark.
•
Bad connection of power supply;

Outlet water is set to a low temperature;
•
Outlet water temperature controller is
damaged;

Indicator or circuit board is damaged.

Contact a technician.

Set the outlet water to a higher
temperature.

No hot water from the outlet.

Tap water has been cut away;

Water pressure is too low;

Inlet valve has been closed.

It will return to normal after

Water leakage The joints on the pipeline are not well sealed. Check and reseal all joints.
12.5 After-Sale Service
If the unit runs into some sort of malfunction or error (except a Non-error malfunction), it should be shut down and
the power supply switched off. Contact your local service center or supplier for help.
