2. Chassis
2.1. RSS-16 Chassis

The RSS-16 Chassis mounts in standard 19” equipment cabinets.
Power supplies, control cards and switch cards install from the rear of the chassis. Install each card with the
components facing left. The chassis and cards are keyed to prevent incorrect insertion. Switch cards may be
inserted and removed with the power on (hot insertion/removal). Cards are secured in chassis with screws at the
top and bottom of each panel.

2.2. Important Notice: Avis Important:
An appropriate fire and electrical enclosure should be provided in the
end product for the top and bottom openings.
