Beginner:
Theuserdoesnothaveanytrainingexperienceorpracticesphysicalactivityonlyoccasionallyandveryirreg
ularly.Thisappliesalsoforuserswhoarereturningfromalongtraininginterruption(e.g.becauseofawound
oranillness).
Average:
Youdosportregularly.Butyouaremainlyorientedtowardrecreationalsportactivities,lesstowardendurance
sport.Thetrainingfrequencyisabout1to2hoursperweek.
Advanced:
Youdoregularlyendurancesport(e.g.jogging,biking,etc.).
Thetrainingfrequencyisabout2to4hoursperweek.
Verywelltrained:
Youhaveanextensivetrainingexperienceinendurancesport.Yourphysicalperformanceandloadcapacityis
aboveaverage.Thetrainingfrequencyisatleast3hoursperweek,preferablyinendurancesport.
TheusersmustevaluatetheirpersonalperformancecapacitiesbeforestartingatrainingwiththeCoaching
program.Thefollowingsectionshouldhelptheusersevaluatetheirownperformancecapacities:

5.Settingthetrainingtype
Withthissettingtheusersetshispersonaltrainingtarget.
Onceset,thissettingcanbechangedonlyafterconfirmingthesafetymessage“Deleteall
data?”.Ifthismessageisconfirmedbyturningthecontrolbuttontoselect“Yes”andpressing
thecontrolbutton,thenalltheprogrammedCoachingsettingsandstoredtrainingdataforthe
actualtrainingplanwillbepermanentlyerased!Afterthisstep,anewCoachingtrainingcan
bestartedwiththesettingofanothertrainingobjective.Ifyoudon'twishtoerasetheavailable
data,andthuscontinuetrainingwiththeactualtrainingtarget,thenyoushouldselect“No”by
turningthecontrolbuttonandpressittoconfirm.
