6.1.18 Message: No coffee detected in brewer
No coffee detected in brewer
Perform the following steps to solve the problem:
1. Check if a canister must be refilled.
See section Fill the ingredient canisters.
2. Check if the grinder runs to fill the brewer.
6.1.19 Message: No water connected / No water in boiler
No water connected / No water in boiler
No water detected for more than 2 minutes.
Perform the following steps to solve the problem:
1. First check if the water supply is opened / connected.
2. Open the door of the coffee machine to display the Service
menu, wait 2 seconds and close the door again to allow the
coffee machine to re-activate itself.
If this does not help restart the coffee machine (Switch
the coffee machine OFF, wait 5 seconds and then switch ON
again).
If problem persists: Consult the service engineer (see
Service and support on page 3).
6.1.20 Message: Place cup in center
Place cup in center
Cup needs to be placed under the correct dispensing nozzle
before the [Start] button is available.
Perform the following steps to solve the problem:

If cup is placed in the correct position clean the cup sensor.
