6.13 Assembly of MLD-sensors
1. Mount the MLD-sensor with the inscription "East-West" on the
solar module surface TOP approximately in the middle (+/- 2m)
Fasten the assembly bracket of the MLD-sensor to the
module frame or the aluminium section with
bolt M6x16.
Tightening torque: 8 Nm
2. Mount the MLD-sensor labelled "Elevation" to the SIDE of the
solar module surface approx. in medium height (middle to upper
edge), viewed from the front on the left side of the solar module
surface.
Fasten the mounting bracket of the MLD-sensor to the module
frame or the aluminium section with bolt M6x16.
3. Align the MLD-sensor under an angle of 90° to the module
edge, as shown.
