Installing the rear drive module
Prerequisites
1. Follow the safety guidelines listed in the Safety instructions.
2. Follow the procedure listed in the Before working inside your system.
NOTE: The 2 x 2.5-inch rear drive module can be installed only with 12 x 3.5-inch backplane configuration system.
Steps
1. Slide the rear drive module towards the rear of the system until it is locked after placing it inside the chassis.
