2. Place the hard drive on its connector.
3. Place the hard-drive bracket on the hard drive and tighten the screws to secure the hard-drive
bracket in place.
4. Install:
a. base cover
b. battery
5. Follow the procedures in After Working Inside Your Computer.
Removing the Memory Module
1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.
2. Remove:
a. battery
b. base cover
3. Pry the retention clips away from the memory module until it pops up.
4. Lift up the memory module and remove it from the computer.
Installing the Memory Module
1. Insert the memory into the memory socket.
2. Press the clips to secure the memory module to the system board.
3. Install:
a. base cover
b. battery
