Removing the Speakers
1. Follow the procedures in
Before Working Inside Your Computer
.
2. Remove:
a) SD card
b) battery
c) base cover
d) hard drive
e) keyboard trim
f) keyboard
g) palmrest
3. Perform the following steps as shown in the illustration:
a) Remove the screws that secure the speakers to the computer.
b) Disconnect the cable [1].
c) Unroute the cable from the system board [2].
4. Remove the speakers from the computer.
