Black screen or second
DUT is not Prime mode
• USB-C input - Go to OSD menu. Under Display Info, check if the Link Rate is
HBR2 or HBR3. If the Link Rate is HBR2, suggest using USB-C to DP cable

No display output on
P3225QE when its
connected as a 2
nd
daisy chained monitor
With an AMD graphic
card, connecting
P3225QE as a second
daisy chained monitor
at 3840 x 2160@100 Hz,
no signal output/display
is observed.
• Due to bandwidth limitation, DP is unable to support dual 4K monitors
at 100 Hz refresh rate. As such, this refresh rate is hidden on non-AMD
graphic cards. Do connect both monitors to separate DP/HDMI ports if
3840 x 2160@100 Hz is required. Alternatively, do set the refresh rate of
the 2
nd
monitor (P32225QE) to 60 Hz. (PC> Display> Advanced display >
Choose a refresh rate)
No network connection Network dropped or
