Prerequisites
1 Remove the base cover.
2 Remove the fan.

Procedure
1 Remove the three screws (M2.5x5) that secure the left hinge to palm rest and keyboard assembly.
2 Open the left hinge.
3 Open the latch and disconnect the power-button board cable from the system board.
4 Peel o the tape that secures the power-button board to the palm rest and keyboard assembly.
