Removing the display assembly
1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the:
a. SD card
b. battery cover
c. battery
d. keyboard
e. hard drive
f. base cover
g. WWAN card
h. WLAN card
i. palmrest
3. To remove display assembly:
a. Remove the 2 (M2.5x5.0) screws at the bottom of the system that secures the display assembly in place [1].
b. Unroute all the wireless antenna cables from the routing channels at the bottom of the system and next to the hinge
caps [2] and unthread the antenna cables.
