The One Time Boot menu displays the devices that you can boot from and also display the options to start diagnostics. The boot
menu options are:
● Removable Drive (if available)
● STXXXX Drive (if available)
NOTE: XXX denotes the SATA drive number.
● Optical Drive (if available)
● SATA Hard Drive (if available)
● Diagnostics
The One Time Boot menu screen also displays the option to access BIOS Setup.
View Advanced Setup options
About this task
Some BIOS Setup options are only visible by enabling Advanced Setup mode.
NOTE: BIOS Setup options, including Advanced Setup options, are described in System Setup options. By default,
Advanced Setup options are visible.
To enable Advanced Setup
Steps
1. Enter BIOS Setup.
The Overview menu appears.
2. Click the Advanced Setup option to move it to the ON mode.
The Advanced BIOS Setup options are visible.

For most of the System Setup options, changes that you make are recorded but do not take effect until you restart
the computer.

Service Tag Displays the Service Tag of the computer.
Asset Tag Displays the Asset Tag of the computer.
Manufacture Date Displays the manufacture date of the computer.
Ownership Date Displays the ownership date of the computer.
Express Service Code Displays the Express Service Code of the computer.
Ownership Tag Displays the Ownership Tag of the computer.
Signed Firmware Update Displays whether the Signed Firmware Update is enabled on your computer.
By default, the Signed Firmware Update option is enabled.
BATTERY
Primary Displays the primary battery of the computer.
