5 Lift the connector latches and, using the pull-tabs, disconnect the touchpad cable,
keyboard cable, power/battery status-light cable, and keyboard-backlight cable
from the system board.
6 Note the routing of the antenna cables and remove the cables from the routing
guides on the palm-rest assembly.
7 Remove the screws that secure the system board to the palm-rest assembly.

5 keyboard cable 6 power/battery status-light cable
7 tape 8 keyboard-backlight cable
