6.4 Low Voltage Handling Procedures
The low voltage means When the 24 Vdc power supply is lower than 17.8 V (error margin:
approximately 2%) and lasts for more than 10 ms.
Once low voltage detected, the PLC CPU performs the following handling process flow:
Error LED blinks fast
every 0.2 s econds
Low voltage detected
PLC checks the f ollowings:
• Record t he operation status and g o into low voltage state
• Stop all outputs (output status included)
• Stop all communications
• Stop refreshing t he states of all extension IO modules
• Save the d ata f rom the retained section
• Error LED blinks fast every 0.2 seconds
Is the e rror LED

M1019 = On
M1019 = Off (Default)
The 24 Vdc power
supply being stable
for more than 2 s ?
No
Yes
If “RU Nis the
state before low voltage
?detected
Yes
Stop -> Run
Back to n ormal
operation
Turn of the e rror LED
Activate the communication
Restore refreshing t he state of all extension IO modules
M1009 On D1009 1= & +
