Check belt tensioning and, if necessary, adjust. The
sign of loosening of the belt tension is the decrease
in rotating speed of the drum by more than 5% from
29 RPM.

It is necessary to watch the belt tensioning condition. The sign of loosening of the belt tension is the decrease in
rotating speed of the mixing drum. Rotating speed for this electric drive should be about 27 RPM. When the belt
tension is loosened in the course of work it is necessary to switch o the concrete mixer.
CRITICAL FAULTS AND WRONG ACTIONS
The personnel operating and servicing the concrete mixer should understand and realize that the concrete mixer, as
well as any other machine, under certain circumstances, can represent threat for life and health.

The concrete mixer was not bonded and grounded
according to the Electrical installation code.
There can be a risk of electrical shock when touching
the concrete mixer, in cases of malfunctions in electric
equipment and electrical connections due to the disrup-
tive discharge of the body of the concrete mixer.
It is forbidden to touch the concrete mixer. Switch o
the concrete mixer at the place of its connection to the
distributing switchboard.
If there are victims, it is necessary to call an ambulance
and provide rst aid to the victim within one’s knowl-
edge and competences.
