INTENDED USE
Cyclic gravitational concrete mixers DCM-125, DCM160, DCM180, DCM200 are intended for preparation of owing
concrete on the basis of the mineral binding, dense and porous llers with the cone slump of more than 3 cm and of
plasters with the ow of not less than 5 cm, applied in construction. Concrete mixers must be used only for intended
purpose with observance of the conditions ordered by the manufacturer in regard to the operation, maintenance,
transportation and storage, and also with implementation of the safety requirements provided by legal documents
and the requirements stated by the manufacturer in this version of the manual.
Any other use of the concrete mixer, especially for mixing in it explosive substances or its application in the food
industry, is considered as an unintended use. The manufacturer of the concrete mixer is not responsible for the
damage caused by such actions and its consequences!
Raw materials for concrete mixtures and mortars:
llers: natural sand (grain size up to 5 mm); crushed stone or gravel (grain size from 5 to 40 mm).
astringents: gypsum; lime; cement; liquid glass, etc. To improve the properties of cementitious material in concrete
mixes and mortars used various additives (tripoli, pumice stone, foam, oil soap, etc.).
solvent: fresh water, free of harmful to the environment and living organisms, and surface-active, which have a de-
structive eect on the details of the concrete mixer, substances.
To obtain high-quality concrete mixtures and mortars, you need to contact specialists or use the reference literature.
The manufacturer tests using a concrete mix with a ratio of 2: 3: 5 (brand of cement 400, sand, gravel, in that order).
The quantitative composition of the concrete mix proportion shown in Table 1.
