CONCRETE MIXER
EN
It is necessary to watch operability of a conducting cord, do not allow its twisting as well as the laying of the cord
through access roads and in places of warehousing of materials.
Repair, service, preservation and dismantling are performed only with the completely switched o electric equipment.
All works for connection and repair of electric equipment should be made only by the electrician of not less than 2nd
category (with access to installations up to 1000 V).
When preparing lime mortars work in goggles and have at hand clean water for washing the eyes in case of possible
contact of the mix or its components with eyes.
It is forbidden to use any devices for the accelerated unloading of the mix from the concrete mixer.
Work with the uncovered electric drive is strictly forbidden. It is forbidden to leave open the electric drive in order to
prevent moisture and foreign objects from entering.
Work with the mixer is forbidden, if the switch, plug, cord are faulty, and also, if the motor malfunctions (smell of
burned insulation), if there is an increased noise, hammering, vibration.
Before starting the mixer give a preventive audio signal.
The mixer is provided with the protection against electric shock of class II.
Use the corresponding overalls for work. Loose clothes, jewelry can be caught in by moving parts. Use the
corresponding overalls and solid footwear. Do not put on hanging jewelry in order to avoid drawing in the rotating
parts of the concrete mixer. Protect legs and feet from the scattering residues the scattering garbage.
Do not work barefoot or in open sandals.
Before using the concrete mixer remove all foreign objects from the work site, avoid the presence of foreign objects
under the concrete mixer during operation. Keep the working site clean. Obstructed sites cause a high injury risk.
Do not drop the concrete mixer, do not allow collision of the concrete mixer with any barriers.
In case of an excessive vibration switch o the motor and immediately nd out the cause. Vibration is usually a sign
of damage.
Before using the concrete mixer must be carefully examined. Use the concrete mixer only in good condition. Any
detected defects dangerous for the operator must be eliminated immediately.
Do not place the concrete mixer near the working zone and in places, where the cable for supply of explosive and
ammable products is laid.
Do not put inside the rotating mixing drum any labor tools (shovel)
and other objects which you hold in hands since there is a danger of capture of these objects by the blades of the
concrete mixer and further injuries.
Before leaving the workplace, repair, inspect or cleaning the concrete mixer, disconnect it from the socket.
Be attentive. Pay attention when working. Use a reasonable work schedule.
Electric safety
ATTENTION!
Non-compliance of safety requirements is life-threatening!
Voltage and frequency of current in the connected mains should correspond to the value specied on the name plate
or in the operation manual for the product.
The productivity of the real machine can vary depending on uctuations of voltage in the local power supply mains.
Use of an extension cable can also aect machine productivity.
•
The connecting safety socket should be designed for a current intensity of 10 A.
•
For connection of the concrete mixer use a wire with a cross section of not less than 1.5 mm
2
.
•
Before turning on of the machine it is necessary to check the power cable for damages or traces of wearing.
•
Never use the damaged cables and extension pieces.
•
Protect the cable and extension piece from heat, avoid its contact with lubricants and also with sharp objects and
moving parts.
•
Do not pull by the cable when moving the concrete mixer. Carry out all movements of the concrete mixer with the
disconnected cable.
•
Observe the production environment. Do not use the concrete mixer during rain, in wet rooms. Keep the working
site dry, provide good lighting. Do not leave the concrete mixer in the open air for the night. If water contacts the
electric drive of the concrete mixer, there is an increased risk of electric shock.
•
When laying the power cable, watch that it is not been squeezed or bent and the plug connection is not wet.
•
Use only stationary electric connections according to the Electric installation code.
