TheHeartRateBarGraphprovidestheuserwithmeaningfulheartratefeedbackinaneasy‐to‐readformat.Whenaheart
ratesignalisdetected,thebarsofthegraphwilllighttoindicateatwhichpercentageoftheuser’smaximumheartrateand
trainingzone(WarmUp,FatBurn,Cardio,orPeak)theuserisoperatingwithin.TheHeartRateBarGraphwillnotlightifthe
userisoperatinginguestmodeornoheartratessignalisdetected.IftheQuickStartprogramisrunning,the defaultage
valuewillbeusedtocalculatetheestimatedmaximumheartrate.
MatrixDispla y
Whentheconsoleoperatesintheprogramrunmode,thematrixwillgraphicallydisplaythe
resistancelevelandprofilefortheselectedprogram.Ahigherstackrepresentsahigher
resistancelevel,whileaflashingcolumnindicatestheuser’sprogressintheprogramatany
giventime.Eachverticalcolumnrepresentsatimeintervaldeterminedbythetotallength
oftheprogram.Eachcolumnwillequal1/40
th
ofthetotalprogramlength.Forexample,if
theprogramlengthis30minutes,eachcolumnwillequal45seconds.TheMatrixDisplay
willalsoprovidemessagingandfeedbackduringthesetupmodes.
Distance
DistancewillbedisplayedineitherMilesorKilometers,dependingupontheselectionmadeintheconsolesetupmode
(seesectiontitledEnglishUnitModeandMetricUnitMode).Thedistancecalculationisanestimationbaseduponthe
user’sRPM.
Calories
TheCaloriesfieldtrackstheestimatednumberofcaloriesburnedfromthebeginningoftheprogramandisaderivative
oftheWattsgenerated,theuser’sRPMandtheresistancelevel.
Speed
SpeedisdisplayedasMiles‐per‐HourorKilometers‐per‐Hour(dependinguponthecurrentconsole
setting)andisbasedupontherevolutionsperminutes(RPM).
