DiamondbackFitnesswarrantsthisunittobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipundernormaluseinthehomeenvironment.
DiamondbackFitness’sobligationunderthiswarrantyislimitedtotherepairorreplacementofanydefectivepart,providedfreeofcharge
throughanAuthorizedServiceAgent.Thiswarrantyisextendedtotheoriginalpurchaser.Thefollowingconditionsapply:
WhoisCovered
ThewarrantyisextendedtotheindividualwhosenameappearsontheWarrantyRegistrationfiledwithDiamondbackFitnessandmaynot
betransferredtoanyotherindividualorlegalentity.IntheabsenceofavalidWarrantyRegistration,theoriginalsalesreceiptwillserveas
satisfactorydocumentationofthevalidwarrantystatus.
