Power supply 5.35v (TXL 015-05S)
This PSU supplies 5.35v for the control circuit of the labeller board
NOTE: The standard manufactures output voltage for this power supply is 5V.
The power supply is reset to 5.35V for this labeller application therefore the adjustment trimmer
should not be adjusted. This is pre-set to the correct output voltage for the labeller
Replacing 5.35v PSU in classic labeller
The 5.35v PSU fitted to the classic labeller from mid 2016 is the type shown above. If replacing the 5.35v
PSU from an earlier made classic labeller, the PSU fitted will be a different type. The replacement will be
the type shown above.
An additional bracket will be required the first time this PSU is fitted into the classic labeller - Bracket no.

The connecting cables will need to be modified to suit the new type PSU. If required new cable forms are
available, refer to parts manual.
5.35v power supply
Note: this image shows the power supply in the
Signature labeller
The input voltage to this power supply is 100-240vAC and
this voltage is obtained from the labeller mains terminal
connection inside the main electrical cabinet.
The output is:
Voltage = 5.35VDC
Max output current = 3000mA
