To isolate the labeller from main power (230v), use the toggle switch in the rear of the labeller. This is
mounted at the top of the 42v power supply
Thermal head pressure - Signature labeller
The pressure of the thermal head onto the label & wear strip / platen roller is controlled by a pneumatic
cylinder. The pressure this cylinder exerts is regulated by a pneumatic regulator in the rear of the labeller
Standard pressure setting = 0.25 to 0.3 MPa (2.5 to 3.0 Bar) - for 80mm thermal head
0.3 to 0.35 MPa (3.0 to 3.5 Bar) for 108mm thermal head
Increasing the pressure up to a maximum of 0.4 MPa (4.0 Bar) may be requires for certain label types
