The machine with serial number 601200600005 is not equipped with the push-button to allow
working with the hood open functionality (available from PC software version 1.2).
Machines with serial number starting from 600200700001 and 60120070001 are equipped
with a small vane at both the X and Y direction for guarding the XY positioning system.
Machines with serial number starting from 600200700003 and 60120070001 are equipped
with an exhaust detection sensor.
Machines with serial number 601200600002 – 601200600005, 600200700001 and
600200700002 have an electro panel according the revision 1.0 drawings with a control
circuit working on 230 VAC instead of 24VAC as all other machines have.
3.14.2 HC-100 Specific
All HC-100 machines (except 600200700002) are equipped with the EL-04879 Dispense
Head PCB. Machine 600200700002 has a wired solution.
3.14.3 HC-200 Specific
Machines with serial number 601200600002 – 601200600005 and 601200700001 are
equipped with the EL-04876 Dispense Head PCB. All other machines have the EL-04806
Dispense Head PCB. The new EL-04806 PCB has provision for temperature control of a
dispense valve and has other dimensions.
Machines with serial number 60120070002, 60120070006 and higher have the EL-04807
fiducial camera illumination placed (instead of the EL-04870) for improved fiducial recognition
(brighter light).
3.14.4 HC-1160/ HC-1170 General
Some of the first machines have conveyors with the first generation of stop pins. These are
no longer produced and replaced by a new generation. Assembling the new generation of
stop pins is done by force fitting. See Chapter 9 for specific information.
3.14.5 HC-1170 Specific
Machine with serial number 6002007002, has a HC-1170 conveyor build according the
revision 1.0 electrical drawings with a 3/2 valve for product clamping. All other machines
have a HC-1170 conveyor build according to revision 1.1 of the electrical drawing with a 5/2
valve for product clamping.
